That the Center for Emergency Medical & Safety Training agrees that in the <br />normal course of their transport business, while within the City of Portsmouth, if it <br />becomes aware of an emergency situation, it will report the situation immediately to the <br />City of Portsmouth's dispatch center to be handled by the Portsmouth Fire, Rescue and <br />Emergency Services Department. <br /> <br />d. That the Center for Emergency Medical & Safety Training acknowledges that the <br />Portsmouth Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services is the only <br />designated 911 agency authorized to provide emergency services and emergency <br />transport within the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br />2.
