May 25, 1993 <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />That the use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />An engineering site plan must be developed and <br />approved in accordance with the requirements of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth and all other <br />applicable codes and regulations. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Security lights with dawn-to-dusk timer(s) shall <br />be installed and maintained out of normal reach <br />the rear of the building. <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />(C <br /> <br />Panic bars shall be installed and maintained on <br />the exit doors. <br /> <br />(d <br /> <br />The applicant must fully enclose the outdoor play <br />area~with a wooden privacy fence at least six feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />(e <br /> <br />Ail interior operations shall be conducted between <br />the hours of 6:00 a~m. and 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />(f <br /> <br />Ail outdoor play activities shall be conducted <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />The facility shall be inspected annually by the <br />City Fire Department, the C~ty Health Department, <br />and the State Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain approval from the City <br />Engineer and/or Planning Director of a plan for <br />the necessary parking, driveway, and curb cuts. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />All children enrolled in the facility shall be <br />between 2 1/2 and 12 years of age. No more than <br />sixty (60) children shall be in attendance at the <br />facility at any time. <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />A landscape plan must be submitted to and approved by <br />the Planning Department prior to the issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy. The plan shall include a <br /> <br />strip of land at least five (5) <br />the southwestern property l~ne, <br />an earthen berm at least thCrty <br />above grade and located between <br />proposed fence.
