<br />MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT FACILITY AT 3530 ELMEURST LANE.

<br /> WHEREAS, Shared Hospital Services, owner of 3530 Elmhurst
<br />Lane, has made application on behalf of Regional Hospital
<br />Services pursuant to Section 40-43.1 of the Code of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, as amended, for granting of a use
<br />permit to operate a regulated medical waste treatment facility
<br />at 3530 Elmhurst Lane, Portsmouth, Virginia; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done
<br />all things required to be done in connection with said
<br />application; and
