June 28. 2005 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which the applicant and any successor in interest shall observe: (a) The applicant shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. (b) The hours of operation shall be from 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. (c) The applicant shall provide two (2) off-street parking spaces. (d) All exterior renovations to the fagade must be submitted to the Downtown Design Committee for approval. (e) The applicant shall comply with all the applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits. (f) All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject property and operations shall be paid when due. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council." Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, Smith, Whitehurst, Holley Nays: None 05 - 260 - Code amendment: Motion by Mr. Whitehurst, and seconded by Ms. Psimas, to adopt the following ordinance, approved on first reading at the June 14, 2005 meeting, and was adopted by the following vote: 05 - 260(d) "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTIONS 40-22 AND 40-43.4 AND TABLE 40-43.1.2 THEREOF PERTAINING TO ZONING REQUIREMENTS FOR BODY ART ESTABLISHMENTS." The Portsmouth Adult Drug Treatment Court was established to serve as an intensive treatment program for the purpose of treating nonviolent felony offenders who are dependent upon drugs and/or alcohol. .
