The program requires the City Manager or his <br />designee to enter into an agreement with the Division of Motor <br />Vehicles which provides for an administrative fee of $20 to be <br />paid to the Division of Motor Vehicles for each administrative <br />stop removed as a result of the collection process. This <br />administrative fee will.be paid by the taxpayer at the time the <br />taxes are collected prior to being permitted to purchase the <br />state license tag. <br /> <br /> <br />
