The Comprehensive Plan recommends industrial <br />development. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Benn, and seconded by Mr. Moody, to concur with the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-03-08 be approved on first <br />reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(b) Z-03-02 <br /> <br />TRUXTUN NEIGHBORHOOD Maurice Slaughter requests to <br />rezone 2219 Frederick Boulevard from commercial C-1-K <br />(Conditional) to industrial M-1-K (conditional). The Comprehensive <br />Plan recommends public/quasi-public. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Ms. Randall, to concur with the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that Z-03-02 be approved on first reading, <br />and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(c) Z-03-03 <br /> <br />DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD - Ocean Marine, LLC requests to <br />amend conditional zoning proffers at 1 Gosport Row to include <br />buying and selling of new boats, brokerage of used boats and <br />leasing of offices.
