March 25, 2003 <br /> <br /> (b) Will not be detrimental to the public use or injurious to the property or <br />improvements in the neighborhood; <br /> <br /> (c) Will be provided with sufficient landscaping to insure compatibility with <br />surrounding uses; <br /> <br /> (d) Will be a project that will be developed according to a plan for parking, <br />driveways, and curb cuts which will provide for safe and convenient traffic movement; <br />and <br /> <br /> (e) Will be in accordance with the purposes of the City of Portsmouth Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall <br />be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br /> (a) The site layout and landscaping shall be in accordance with the site plan <br />dated January 27, 2003. The Director of Planning and Zoning shall approve any <br />modifications. <br /> <br /> (b) A 24 hour security lighting system for the perimeter and the interior of the <br />parking lot shall to be developed, installed and maintained. <br /> <br /> (c) Any freestanding sign on the site shall be of the monument style <br />design and shall not exceed 15 feet in height. <br /> <br /> (d) The parking plan shall be developed in general accordance with the site <br />plan. The plan shall comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act standards. <br />Customers and employee parking spaces shall be clearly marked. <br /> <br /> <br />
