November 26, 2002 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) the home. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. (I) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City Council." Recommendation: · Adoption of an ordinance to amend Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth related to the enforcement schedule of parking meters and designated areas of parking meters and Parking Authority lots. Purpose and Need: · This ordinance will bring the parking inventory listed in the City Code of the Parking Authority up to date and will extend the hours for which parking meters are to be in use in designated zones. · The definition of"Mall and Limited Access Streets" has been updated due to construction of the new portion of Middle Street.
