<br /> Julius Gorham, 4th grade student, Parkview Elementary
<br />School, opened the meeting with prayer which was followed by
<br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Webb called the meeting to order and welcomed all in
<br />attendance.
<br />
<br /> Motion by Mr. King, and seconded by Mr. Epperson, the
<br />minutes of a Called Meeting on March 21, 1994; a Regular
<br />Meeting on March 21, 1994; a Called Meeting on March 22, 1994;
<br />a Regular Meeting on March 22, 1994; and a Called Meeting on
<br />April 5, 1994, be approved, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />level at the new Ebony Showcase on Airline Boulevard.

<br />
<br />94-122 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of
<br />an ordinance to appropriate $1,244,824 from the Capital
<br />Improvements Fund for capital improvement and maintenance
<br />projects at Portsmouth Public Schools.
