<br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT
<br />
<br />94-152 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of
<br />an ordinance to appropriate $200,000 from the Capital
<br />improvements Fund for storm drainage system repairs, and award
<br />of the contract to Tri-State utilities.
<br />
<br /> "Funds are included in FY 93-94 of the 1993-98 Capital
<br />Improvement Plan for the repair of cave-ins in the City's
<br />existing storm drain system. Due to the age of the storm
<br />drainage infra-structure, a considerable number of cave-ins
<br />have occurred on existing pipes that need to be repaired.
