<br />National Bank of Portsmouth, to amount of sixty-seven thousand six hundred ($6?,000) dollars, or as
<br />much of the same as may be necessary, to be repaid from the revenues of the current year,

<br />width, of Lo~don street, on Rase street. ~ing on an angle back on London street about 150 feet,
<br />is his property.
<br /> "W,e have found upon personal inspection that London street is open from Rose street west, and
<br />open from the point of the angle referred to east,, wh~ieh ~leaves the impression that this arrest was
<br />formerly opened throughout. ~e, therefore, recommend that nesemsa~ry action be t~en,~through the
<br />proper ch~zmel, to h~ve the ~ity Attorney look into this matter and render a,decision as to whether
<br />the claim of ~r. Casse!l is valid.
