To authorize the Treasurer to make notes in the several City banks te amount of $12,000, to meet <br />v~ity current e~penses for November. 1909. <br /> An appropriation of $5,600. to pave Glasgow stkeet, between Effingham and Cooke4 out of appro- <br /> priaticn to I~ving and Grading. <br />~ An appropriatioh of $300. to ~eplaae street crossings tn Park View. <br /> To m~ke the salaz~y of the Audmtor $1.000. per year beginning January l, 1910. <br /> To pay ~m. H.
