<br />tain property through which the ec~tension must be ~de. There ~re three of such pieces of property,
<br />viz: that of,G. Hatton, p~ice $1,250; the "Niemeyer property," price $5,000; and of Jno. Graham, price
<br />$1,500.00. TotaZ price, $5,750.00.

<br />The advisability of r~placing the wooden bridge at south end of 0oust street with a concrete eul-

<br /> April 15th ~nd 20th the 0ommittee reported with recommendation that a concrete culvert be
<br />built at the south end o~ Oourt street~ mt ~ cost of $3,500, and~that it be authorized to advertise
<br />for bids to have s~id culvert built. The recommendation was adopted; and,~aecordingly, the 0ommittee
<br />ha~ so advertised, and has received the following bids therefor:

<br />Therefore, it is further recommended that the e~cess of $825needed over the originml appropriation
<br />of $3,500 be referred to the Joint Finance 0ommittee.

<br /> It is recommended that all bids for the 75 tons of coal needed be accepted and that the quantity
<br />be divided among the several bid&ers; and that.award,for the wood be made to S. P. Oast, he bein~ the
<br />io~e~ bidder for same.
