<br /> 3. That this use permit~is approved subject to the
<br />following conditions: ~

<br />(a) All activities shall be conducted inside the building.
<br />
<br />(b)' NO noxious' fumes, noise, odor~ Smoke or dust shall be
<br />emitted.
<br />
<br />(c) No outside storage shall be permitted on the site.
<br />
<br />(d) A landscaping plan, approved by the Planning Department,
<br />is required. The applicant shall, at his own expense, plant
<br />trees along Elmhurst Lane, Airline Boulevard, Greenwood Drive
<br />and on the parking lot to meet the Landscaping Group 3
<br />requirements of the Zoning Ordinance.

<br />(e) Any exterior renovation shall be reviewed and approved by
<br />the Planning Director prior to renovation.
<br />
<br />(f) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes,
<br />ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local
<br />governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary
<br />licenses and permits."

<br />
<br />94-237 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of
<br />an ordinance to appropriate $235,000 from the Capital
<br />Improvements Fund for the purchase of a fire pumper, booster
<br />hose and accessories, and a motion to award the contract to
<br />Pierce Manufacturing Company.
<br />
<br /> "The 1993-94 Capital Improvement Program authorizes
<br />%235,000 for the purchase of a new fire pumper. The pumper
<br />will be purchased from Pierce Manufacturing Company using the
<br />bid received May 2, 1994.
<br />
<br /> I concur with the Fire Chief and therefore recommend that
<br />you appropriate $235,000 from the Capital Improvements Fund and
<br />authorize award of the contract to the responsible bidder.
<br />With your approval, the balance in the Capital Improvements
<br />Fund will be $10,881,991."
<br />
<br /> Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Clemons, to adopt
<br />the following ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $235,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL
<br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO PURCHASE A FIRE PUMPER, BOOSTER HOSE AND
<br />ACCESSORIES."
