<br /> This bridge is in such bad eondition that it would Be more economical to substitute a new
<br />bridge there than to make repairs to the old one; and a 60 inch re-inforce~ g~lvamized iron pipe .to
<br />take the Dlaee of the bridge would be preferable and eonsiderab!y cheaper; at the same time the im-
<br />provement would be permanent, ~he cost of this pipe, according to estimates of the Gity Engineer,
