Board of Aldermen. <br /> Gentlemen:--Your Public P~operty Committee res- <br /> peotfully reports as to the ~follcwing matters referred to the Joint Public Property 0ommittee <br /> September 13-20, 1910: <br /> Referred by Go--on Council September 13th. <br /> <br /> (With ~in~ce Committee). Sundry needs for the 0ity jail to cost $1,020, as reported by <br />the 0ity Sergeant. <br /> We report on this matter with the Finance Oommittee. <br /> <br /> An application of the Clerk for a steel filing ease to cost about It is recommended that the filing case be supplied. <br /> <br /> A petition of the Annex Eose Comp~uy for a building to hold feed, &c-; to have fenced in <br />the lot adjoining the Company building; that the pamtition in its hall be taken down and ~ gui- <br />table entrance be provided there; to provide a front door entrance to its engine or wagon room ~on <br />the first floor; and to provide a 500 pound bell for the house. <br /> It is recommended that the feed room be allowed at a cost of $100; that the adjoining lot <br />be fenced in at a cost of $65; ~nd that the front door entrance be nu~de at a cost of $25.00. We <br />report progress as to remainder of the petition. <br /> <br /> Referred by Board of Aldermen September 20th. <br /> <br /> A proposition of the Southern Bell Telephone Company to connect the free phones of the ~ity <br />with the Bell telephone exchange. Progress as to same. <br /> <br /> To see about rent for the house owned by the ~ity, on ~ashington street extended. Progress. <br /> <br /> (Signed) L.
