An ordinance to prohibit gates swinging over the streets. <br /> We have reconsidered this ordinance and recommend the adoption of the following therefor: <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT TL~E SWINGING OF GATES ~ND DOORS OUTWARDLY OVER THE STREETS OF TPPE CITY. <br /> <br /> (Signed).
