To .make available an appropriation of $?07.10 ~o curb a~d gutter the east side of Third street, ~rom Harrison to Wythe; and To curb~and gutter the south side of Wythe street, from the east side of Court to the east side of Third. Progress as to same. $2,~18.50 ~or an auto-patrol wagon for the Police Department. It is recommended that a special appropriation to that amount be allowed for purcD~se of said wagon. We report tha~ Fire bills to amount of $108.9~, have been paid. In regard to Chestnut street paving bills to amount of $$,75~.50, we report that the con- tract of Messrs. Perry W. Ruth & Co. did not call for delay in payment pending sale of bonds. There- ~ore, as said amount is past due and said bills have been duly approved by the City Engineer, Audit- zng and Street committees, we recommend that said sum of $$,?55.50 be paid, the amount of same to be re-imbursed to the City from the proceeds of bond sale. ~ bond of H.
