<br />coal supplied the Incinerator between the 19th and 25th of August. The amoun~ of fuel so supplied
<br />was considered excessive and the matter was referred to the Street Committee for examination and re-
<br />porZ.

<br /> in this connection~ the Chairman of the Auditing Commzttee stated that bills of some of the De-
<br />p~rtments had on occasions been approved after adjournment of the regular meetings of the CoF~ittee,
<br />6u~ he wished zo give notice that hereafter the Committee would adhere strictly to the rule and ap-
<br />prove bills at its regular meetings only.
