<br /> Mr. Parker explained the matter, and then the section, together with the other sections re-

<br />the ,Phillips-Mahoney property" for a playground for children, which said matter was referred to the
<br />Finance Committee to furnish data regarding size of said property and cost of approach to same through
<br />the Emmerson property on Court street.

<br />for Street Repairs.
