(See records of Common Council <br />December 10, 1912, page 147). <br /> <br /> To instruct the City Attorney to bring, a friendly suit against,the Virginia Railway & Power Com- <br />pany to recover funds paid by the Sixth Ward for paving between tracks of the Company on <br />street. <br /> <br /> To ins'trust the Ferry Committee to get in communication with the Board of Supervisors of Norfolk <br />County and ascertain uoon what terms or for what price it will sell to the City Norfolk County'~ in- <br />terest in the Ferries property. <br /> <br /> To instruct the Auditor to prepare Day rolls for January, 191~. <br /> <br /> To refer to Ferry Committee a request of The Ferries Company to be allowed to ~xtend its ferry <br />house on the Norfolk side from Water street to its oresent location, at a cost of about $20,000.00. <br /> <br /> At thim ooint, it was no~ed that Mr. Wm.
