<br />in concerning the following matters referred to the Joint Street Committee November l~-lg, 191~:
<br /> Referred by Common Council NOvember 12th.

<br /> Authorized to !ay a four foot granolithic sidewalk on the south side of Glasgow street, from
<br />Effin~ham to Chestnut, at a cost not to exceed $185.00, out ofappropriation to Sidewalks.
<br /> It is recommended that ~185.00 be allowed for this sidewalk in the "budgeY" for 1913.
<br /> A petition of The Consolidated Investment Company to be allowed to Construct a spur track on
<br />the Cat Role Wharf, to connect with tracks of the Seaboard Air Line Railway.
<br /> · It is recommended that the petition be grante~, provided the Company will enter into a con-
<br />tract wzth the City to pave between its tracks and two (B) feet on each side of same, with suchmma-
<br />terial as is used ~y the City on said street, the work to be done under supervision and with the. ap-
<br />proval of the City Engineer; and provided further, that the channel of creek to be crossed by the
<br />spur be not obstructed thereby.

<br /> Lincoln street, 15feet of~roadway, with Dollarway~Davement; and that said pavement be set with gran-
