Jones Williams, <br /> Chairman B. of A. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Montague, the report was to be're~d as a whole and then considered by seetions. <br /> <br /> After ~ome discussion of the proposed appropriation of $5,000.00'for King's Daughters Hospital <br />building, on motion of Mr. Davis~ the matter was recommitted for consideration of more specific con- <br />ditions as ~o same, including an a0knowlegment of equity of the City in the property. <br /> <br /> The section recommesding an appropriation of $%500.00 for Grimes Battery Gun Room was next taken <br />up_, <br /> ~heVice-President vaoa~ed the Chair, which was then occupied by Mr. Murry. <br /> Mr. Markham moved tc adopt the recommendation-of the Committee. <br /> Mr. Williams mOvedas a substitute, that the recommendation he recommitted. <br /> On motion, Captain Brinkley of GrimesBattery was allowed the privilege of the fl~o~, and he ex- <br />plained the neces~itmy for hawing the appropriation m~de~if the equipment for same is tobe kept im ~ <br />the City. <br /> Alen thy discussion followed the remarks of Captain B~inkley~ <br /> Then a vote was taken~on the motion bz Er.
