Gentlemen:-- Your Public Property Committee respect- ~lly reports herein concerning the following matters referred to.the Joint Public Propermy Commit- teeApril 8-15~ 1915: Referred by Common Council April 8th. in A bill of The ~erries Company to amount of $~00.00, for ren.t of rooms in the Fer~y house. We report that this bill has been approved by the Public Property ~ommittee and is not now their possession. A request of the Police Justice to have his office fitted up with filing cases. It is recommended that an apprppriation of $175.00~ or as much of the same as may be neces- sary, be made for the purchase of a docket filing.caee;. a~dmit~'is ~rther recommended that the Police Justice be allowed office room in the office of the Nayor, if the same be acceptable to the Mayor; Advisability of re-arranging lights in the Council Chamber. It is'recommended that an appropriation of $90.00 be~ allowed for straight electric fix- ture~ as a substitute for the~present combined ~leetric and gas fixtures therein, out of~the appro- priation for the Municipal Building.
