An appropriation has been allowed in the ~ndget for lg13, and made available, for extend-
ing Dinwiddie street southward to Harrison, and a survey of such extension shows that, if said street
be extended on straight lines, there are certain properties thr$~gh which this extension is to be
made which must be acquired by the ~ity; and it is, therefore, recommended that the Street Commit-
tee, with the City Attorney, be authorized to take such steps as may be necessary for acquiring the
prope=~rights of way for said extension.
