<br /> It is further recommended that Glasgow street be paved, from Godwin street to the
<br />Scott Creek bridge, under our present contract for paving, at a probable cost of $9,000.00.

<br /> ~hat Washington street be paved with Bithulithic, for 5B feet between curbs, from South
<br />street to Harrison, under our present contrac~ for paving-, at a probable cost of.$19,000.00.
<br />
<br /> That Chestnut street he paved, with Belgium block, from the south si~e of Glasgow
<br />street to the south side of South, and that the Committee be authorized to advertise for bids
<br />for such work.
<br />
<br /> That the north side of Anne~ street be paved with granolith, from Cooke street to But-
<br />ler, at an estimated cost of $~7.50~
<br />
<br /> That the sidewalks on both sides of North street, between Pearl and Cooke, be paved
<br />with granolith, and that said street be curbed and guttered, at an estimated cost of $1~10.~.

<br />store was, after considerable discussion, adopted; the recommendations in regard-to laying a
<br />sidewalk on the south side of Bandolph street, between First and Second~ paving Glasgow street,
<br />from Godwin street to the Scott Creek bridge; paving Washington~street, from South street to
<br />Harrison; paving Chestnut~ street, from the South side of Glasgow to the south side of South;
<br />paving~ the north side of Anne street, fr~m Cooke to Butler; and paving,~&¢~North Street,be~
<br />tween Pearl and Cooke~ were adopted.
<br /> The recommendation in regard to changing the name of Fourth street to Court was not adopted.
