A request of the Portsmouth Rental Agents' Association for an amen~aent to section l, chapter 5, of City ordinances, so as to fix responsibility on the occupant for stop- page of sewers. We have reconsidered this matter and report as previously, that the matter complained of by the Association lies between the landlord and tenant, and is not for the City to correct by ordinance. We deem, therefore~ that an ordinance on the subject is not advisable and that none such be adopted. (With Annexation Committee.). An ordinance to annex to the ~ity Port Norfolk and Pinners Point.
