<br />be used on Third street.
<br /> The Chairman of the Co~sittee said that_the roller was too heavy and that it would break
<br />the pipes, ac.
<br /> Whereupon, Mr. Reynolds moved to refer the matter back to the Street Committee for further
<br />consideration. The motion was.adopted.
