December lO~ <br /> <br />Authorized to lay a four foot granolithic sidewalk on the south side of Glasgow street, <br />from Effingham to Chestnut, at a cost not to exceed ~185.00, out of appropriation to Sidewalks. <br /> It is recommended that $i$5.00 be allowed for this sidewalk in the ~budget~ for l~l~. <br /> <br /> A petition of The Consolidated Investment Company to be allowed to construct a epur~track <br />on the Cat~H~le wharf, to connect with tracks of the Seaboard Air Line Railway~ <br /> It is recommended that the petition be granted~ provided the~Company will enter into <br />a contract with the City to pave between its tracks and two (E) feet cn each side of same, wit~ <br />such material~as is used by the City on said street~ the work to be done under supervision and <br />with the approval of the City ~ngineer; and provided f~rther~ that the channel of creek to~bs <br />crossed by the spur be not obstructed thereby. <br /> <br /> ~ To consider the paving of all unpaved streets in the old part of the City running eas~ and <br />west, between Water and Washington, and to include Washington street in said paving. <br /> Progress as to same~ <br /> <br />Referred by Board of Aides-?hen November l~th. <br /> <br /> Recommitted.
