Brinkley being the lowest bidder to furnish rations for the Almshouse, Jno. A. <br />Morris being the only bidder to furnish clothes, hats, &c., Jno. M. Bennett being the lower bid- <br />der to furnish shees, Phillips-Adams & Co.~ Inc., being the lowest bidder to famish dry goods, <br />&c., L. W. 8ilvester being the lower bidder to furnish wood, and E. P. Wilkins being the lowest <br />bidder to furnish medicines, it is recommended that awards be made to said firms to furnish said <br />supplies and medicines. <br /> It is furthe~ recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to draft oontracts be- <br />tween the City and I.
