<br />Council for concurrence.
<br /> To refer to a special Committee of Five the ma~ter of expiration of franchise granted the
<br />Portsmouth Gas Company by the City, and to take such steps as may be necessary, in regard to same.

<br /> To appoint a Committee of Five toinvestigate as soon as practicable the irregularity in
<br /> depositing money from the sale of bonds and to report to a joi~t session of the Councils the re-
<br /> sult of their findings.
<br /> Concurred in, with the provision.s~gg~sted by Mr. H~ll, that an investigation be made
<br /> also to determine who was the informant that there was an irregular'deposit of said funds.

<br />aaopted Decembe~ lC, 1912, that the Directory for 1913 be not cbmpiled in sa~eEanner as the
<br />Telephone book; and said communication was ordered to file.
