<br />Portsmouth Gas Company by the City, and to take such steps as may be necessary, in regard to same.

<br /> To appoint a Committee of Five toinvestigate as soon as practicable the irregularity in
<br /> depositing money from the sale of bonds and to report to a joi~t session of the Councils the re-
<br /> sult of their findings.
