<br />was further discussed, and it~was fznally decmded that the question of award between Messrs. J.W.
<br />Booth & Bro. and N. G. Gayle should be decided by lot.
<br /> Whereupon, a draft by lot-was made and Messrs. J. W. Booth &. Bro. was successful.
<br /> Therefore, it is recommended that award to s~pply the City with medicines for
<br />the yesm 1914 be made to said firm, in accordance with its bid therefor Noyember tl-18th$ and
<br />it is fmrthe~ recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to d.raft a contract to cover the
