A bill against the Virginia Railway & Power Co. to amount $f~ $475.0~, for work done by F. J. McGuire at intersections at Sixth avenue, Pearl street and Armstrong street. It is recommended that this bill be referred to the Oity-Attorney with instructions to collect the same. C. B. Buchanan,. General ~ager her,e. I am advised by him today that he has instructed that this service be furmzshed promptly as re-' quested."
