<br /> City.
<br /> "Ge~tlemen:--
<br /> "In reply to the question submitted to me by your bodies in relation'to the
<br />rights of occupancy and use of the platform at the southeast intersection of County and Water
<br />streets by the Southern Express Company for the purpose of business, I h~ve the honor to submit
<br />the-accompanying communication with plat received fromthe General Counsel of the Seaboard Air
<br />Line, which seemingly gives the Seaboard Air Line the right to grant such privilege.
<br /> .To my mind, this platform is not an obstruction a~d the fact of the location of the Express
<br />Company at that point has aided the Police Department in convicting violators engaged in the
<br />Cocmi~ Traffic.
