A request of the Ladies' Library Association to be allowed to use the offices formerly occupied by Judge Crocker ~nd the buildinE attached to it by a platform, for a public free library. We report that this matter has been attended to by the oommittee. A request of the Oity Collector for a telephone for his office. We have looked into this matter smd would recommend a phone connection in this office with the office of the City Treasurer. A communication from P. B. & S. Water Co. calling attention to large qunn~lty of water wast- ed at the City Jail and Station House during the month of N~rch, 1914. ~We report that this matter has been attended to and hope satisfaction h~s been given to the er Company. Question of removing the fence around the court house yard. Progress as to same. To take into consideration the condition of gutters and roof of the court house.
