Gentlemen:-- Your Public Property C~mmittee respect- fully reports herein concerning the following matters referred to the Joint Public Property Com- mittee October 13-ZO, 1914: the incoming season. We report that Coal: Portsmouth Coal Referred by Common Council October t3th. Authorized to advertise for bids tO furnish the several City Departments with fuel for we have so advertised and have received the following bids therefor: W. &~J.
