November 10, 1914. Matter of assessment of real estate and personal property, rate of levy, and license tax. We report that this matter will be taken up with the "License Tax Bill" for 1915-16. (With Street Committee) A bill of F. J. MoGuire against the City to amount of $3,$48.24~ for work on upper High street. Progress. To make available to the Firs Department balance of the $900. allowed in the Budget for "Horsss.." It is recommended that said balance be made available. (See section above). An appropriation of $15. for repair of a hose cart at the Sewer Power House. It is recommended that said appropriation be allowed, out of "General Expenses. ap- propriation in the Sewerage budget.
