R., to place a "memorial" to Commodore Richard Dale on the old jail lot <br />be recommitted. The motion was adopted. <br /> He nex~ moved that the recommendation in regard to dividing the City into thre~= school dis- <br /> tricts, &c., be recommitted. The motion was adopted. <br /> Then the report of the Committee was adopted as amended, the recommendad appropriation <br />of $~0,000. to purchase sites for school buildings and the extra amount of $14Z.68 needed for <br />work on public buildings being referred to Finance Commit~tee. <br /> <br /> (Messrs. Common Council--Board 'of Aldermen. <br /> Gentlemen:-- Your Fire Committee respect- <br /> <br />fully reports herein concerning the following matters referred to the Joint Fire Committee March <br /> <br />9th and February 9th, 1915: <br /> <br />Referred by Common Council March 9th. <br /> <br /> (With Finance Committee) A communication from Agelasto & Miller, attorneys representing <br />claim against the City. amounting to $57~75, in favor of the Ohemo Co. of Buffalo, for goods fur - <br />nished the City on account of the Fire Department. <br /> Ne concur with the report of the Finance Committee on this matter. <br /> <br />Referred bF Common Council February @th. <br /> <br /> A communication from the Chief of the Fire Department recommending that J. E. Travers be <br />re-imbursed to amomn~ of $63.00, for injuries received by him at the fire in Olympic Theatre <br />May ZEnd, 191~. <br /> It is recommended that Mr. Trav~r~ be re~imbursed to said amo~ut. <br /> <br /> On motion, the report <br />to re-imburse J.
