<br />Nelson Chapter, D. A. R., to place a "memorial" to Commodore Richard Dale on the old jail lot
<br />be recommitted. The motion was adopted.

<br /> tricts, &c., be recommitted. The motion was adopted.

<br />as some question arose as to the fact. off. the ordinance being on the table, the rules were sus-
<br />pended in order to consider its passage.
