Gentlemen:-- Tour Almshouse Committee herein concerning the following matter referred to the Joint Almshouse Com- 1915: Referred by Common Council March 9th.' ye ar to draft a contrast of the yesm. A request of I. C. Brinktey that his contract to supply the Almshouse with ratioAe for the iRiS be transferred to J. H. Beiote. A request of the Sixth Ward Board for a foot gate m~ the west side of Cedar Grove CemeTery for the benefit of residents of the Sixth Ward. Progress as to same. Refer~ed by Board of Aldermen January 26th. To look into the advisability of purchasing a new site fo= a cemetery. We report that we believe the City to be in urgent need of a new cemetery and in con- nection with the same, we have advertised for proposals to supply such a cemeter~ to contain fifty (BO) or more acres and located within~ three ($) miles of the present City limits. Gentlemen:-- Your Ferries & Public Docks Committee respectfully reports herein concerning the following matters referred to the Joint Ferries & Public Docks Committee Jannary lSth, 1915: Referred by Common Council January 1Sth. To take into consideration use of the north end of Middle street for a public dock. -It is recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to give his written Opinion as to the rights of the City to use the north end of Middle street for a public dock.
