Jobson vs. the Oity. <br /> <br /> All of the above were concurred in, except the.~ppointment of a special committee to <br />meet with representatives of the P. B. & S. Water Ce. looking to an amicable adjustment of all <br />features of the "water question;~ said matter being referred to the Oouncit Committee on Mater <br />& Sewerage. <br /> <br /> The Board on April ~Oth concurred also in all recommendations of Committees, .except <br />recommendation of the Finance Committee that a bill of the Chemo Company to amount of $~?.75 for <br />supplies furnished the Fire Department, be ~aid, said matter being recommitted to the Fire <br />mittee to ascertain how the bill was contracted. <br /> The recommendation of the Street Committee that $~50. be appropriated to r~m a pipe <br />ac=ess Harrison street to empty on the east side of Washington, referred to the Finance Committee <br />by the Oommon Council April tSth, was sent back to--the Street Committee. <br /> ~hereupon, the Comm~ Council concurred in the action of the Board on April P~Oth in <br />regard to the following matters: refe~ing.to the Joint Water & Sewerage Committee tameet with <br />representatives ~ the P..B. & 8. ~ater Co. looking roan amicable adjustment of all features of <br />tb~ .w~v ~u~t~r~:" i~_~endin~ b~ck to the Fire Committee a bill of the Chemo Compsny to amount <br /> <br /> <br />
