The report having ~en read, Mr. HouSton said he desired to call the attention of the body to the fact that the poles asked for by~he Virginia Railway & Power Co. had been already erect- ed and moreov~, these poles had not be~ put for lighting of streets in the Sixth Ward but for use on the Seaboard Air Line ~ilway shop ~o~ds. Mr. H~vey said he thou~t there must be some mistake as to the cost of a new t~ographical map of the City, ~d he moved that this matter be sent back to the C~mittee for further conside- ratio.
