<br /> ~Nen any person, firm or corporation shall by use of si~us, circulars or newspapers, adver-
<br />tise any business in this city, it shall be considered prima facie evmd~nce of their liability
<br />under this ordinance, a~ud said person, firm or corporation shall be required to take out a li-
<br />cense for such business.

<br />Each seamen's shipping office, $25.00.
