<br /> On motion of Er.. Langhorne, the section with regard to mllowing the Sewer,s Committee
<br />to dispose of material or junk.at theSewe~Power House was amended so as to have the receipts
<br />for said material turned into the t~easury and thence drawn on for sewerage purposes.
