Thegrant <br /> also provides for refreshments, transportation, incentive <br /> awards for families who complete the program, and on site child <br /> care fOr children younger than 8, <br /> <br /> There is no local match requirement for this grant which <br /> will be administered by the Department of SOcial Services. <br /> I hereby recommend transfer of $33,311 fr°m the Grants <br /> Contingency Account to support this program." <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Robinett, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to <br /> transfer $33,311 to allow Social Services to subcontract with <br /> Tidewater Regional Group Home/In-home Services, and adopted by <br /> the fOllowing vote: <br /> <br /> Griffin, Hawks, Martin, Pitts, Robinett <br /> <br />Ayes: Clemons, <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> - NEW BUSINESS- <br /> <br />94-411 - Mr. Hawks offered the following nominations for <br />appointments to the following Boards and Commissions: <br /> <br />SupDleme~tal Retirement Board <br /> <br />Herbert A.
