We report that this matter is covered by recommended appropriation in section concern- ing re-arrangement of the Fire Alarm System. A communication from the American Surety Co. bond for the Mayor. I~ is recommended that the City Collector be urged to use his best efforts to collect delinquent ~eal estate tax and to prepare and s~bmit to the Finance Committee a list of property held by "life interest" only.
