<br /> The report of the Committee having been read~ with regard to the matter of street car ser-
<br />vice to Park View and~est Park View, N_v. Cart moved that the City Attorney be instructed to
<br />give his written ~opinion as to whether the prOposed change of routes would affect the present
<br />franchise with the Va. Ry. & Power Co. The motion was adOpted.
<br /> In connection with the proposed change of routes, a communication was read from the Assis-
<br />tant General Manager of the Virginia Ry. & power Co., requesting that the Board take-no action
<br />on the extension of oar service to West Park View until it hears further from his Company, as
<br />the proposed re-routing has been submitted to executive officials of said Company in Richmond,
<br />and the Company has received no advice from them.
<br /> Whereupon, Mr. Browne moved that further consideration of the matter be deferred until
<br />the next meeting of the Board. The motion was adopted.

<br />Then the report of the Committee, as amended, was adopted and by the following vote:
