August l? Advisabii:ity of opening Henry s.treet, from Green to Washington. We report that we are holding this matter under consideration. Advisability of req~iring th~ Virginia Railway & Power Co. to sprinkle the streets of the City. It is recommended that the Clerk be instructed to write to the said Company and as- certain what it will do in the matter. Referred by Common Council April i3th. A communicatiom from the City Engineer to the Mayor in reply to a communication from the ComMon Council March 9th, enclosing a communication from the Seventh Ward Board concerning con- dition at the corner of Pearl and South streets.
