<br /> To pay a bill of Frank L. Crocker to amount of SEO0.O0, for services to the City in the suit
<br />of Margaret Lee vs. the City of Portsmouth.

<br /> for $8,000. plus $100. as the City's part for half of court expenses, said amount to be paid
<br /> through the Board of Nater Oommiseioners.
<br /> To. grant .the Auto Supply Station permission to place a sidewalk gasoline pump and storage
<br />tank at 107 l_Y.4 High.street, the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer and
<br />~hief of the Fxre mDepartment.
<br /> That the City Engineer be instructed.to prepare a map of the City's natural drainage,
<br /> fining the City's holdings in the same, a~%.~r ~which the Board bf Harbor Commissioners be request-
<br /> ed to establish the drainage li~es for the City in accordance with said map.
<br /> Award made to the Portsmouth Coal & Ice Co. to supply the Sewerage Power House ~$=Lone year

<br /> To settle the suit of B. J. Farmer vs~ the Cit.y of Portsmouth~for damages to his property
