<br /> At this point, Mr. Hanvey moved that the previous action of the Common Council at its last
<br />regular meeting with reference to Ann street and Randolph street be reconsidered and that the
<br />action of the Board of Aldermen August l?th with reference to same be concurred in.

<br /> To refer to the Park Commission with power to act, a petition of the Park View Engine Co.
