<br /> A communication was read from the Chambers Fire Company thanking Council for permission
<br />granted it to hold a carnival on the playground.

<br /> Mr. Laylor moved to refer to Light Committee the advisability of installing a light at the
<br />Ferry entrance. The motion was adopted.

<br /> On motion of Mr. Moore (Joe. S.), the advisability of installing a light on ~ing Point
<br />in the v~n~ty of the Public Playgrounds was referred to the Light Committee

<br /> Mr. Moore (Joe. S. ) moved to refer to Ordinance ~omm~tts~ to prepare suitable ordinances
<br />to regulate the ~uidding of houses in the City. The motion was adopted.
